| 06/13/2008 | | | | Neal 3 has been slightly hit by the frost las April. the damage were very minor. and the vines have now caught up. and our section is quite uniform. There is two distinct soils in this vineyard. we will be taking the rockier section See Clone on 110R. cane pruned. organically grown very well maintained by Patrick Riggs the vineyard manager. |
| 05/02/2008 | | | | A little bit of frost was observed on the site. A shoot every 5 to 10 vines depending of the area. A lot of suckers are growing around the heads of these cane pruned vines. Special attention will be paid to suckering to avoid overload in the center of the vines. |
| 03/25/2008 | | | | Visited the vineyard on March 19th. The buds were swollen. with the high temperature we are experiencing in Napa Valley. we can safely anticipate bud break happening anytime over the next couple weeks. |
