I just wanted to update everyone on what's happening in the vineyards
and the winery with all of this start-again, stop-again weather.
Harvest kicked off early - a full 2-3 weeks earlier than last year and
with near 100F temperatures across the state, we were girding ourselves
against the onslaught of fruit in early September. Then it got cold. Over the past couple of weeks, most areas have
been around 10 degrees cooler than historic averages.
