I used them a lot back in OZ in 2003 and 2004 and I must say that they produce some pretty good wines. There flexibility for rate of pump over and the "set and forget" status was fantastic. My one only downside (other than initial outlay) is that of sanitation as it uses a huge amount of time and cleaner/sanitiser to properly clean the connecting tubes on the outsides of the tank. temp control was great, tank sizes I seem to recall were 8-10Ters that we were using? I gather you are interested in them?
