Who's in for harvest?

Please post your intention to participate directly with harvest here. This will be at Crushpad in San Francisco sometime in mid to late October or very early November. If you want to venture down to Westerly in Santa Ynez (South California), please let us know that too.

Hope to see as many group members at the winery when the time comes. BTW, the CrushCam is back in action so you can follow along remotely if you can't make it to San Francisco.

Unfortunately I cannot be

Unfortunately I cannot be there as I will be several thousand miles away in Rioja at that time, but I wish you (and everyone who does get involved) lots of luck

Hope they have some ripe

Hope they have some ripe grapes in Rioja this year. When I was there in June, it was cold and the vintner's were very nervous about if the Tempranillo would be ripe enough to make decent wine...

Have fun!

A friend of mine is starting

A friend of mine is starting up a vineyard and winery venture. Yes, it's really a friend and not me. I've volunteered to cwna set up a web site for him, but I need some good generic pictures of vineyards and winery linux+ interiors. The land he's in the process of buying isn't planted with grapes yet. I'd rather not "steal" pictures off the internet and I'd rather not have to shell out the big bucks mcafee certification for stock photos. So, I'm asking for hand outs here. So if you have some db2 certification dumps vacation photos that I can use, I'd be much obliged.

Depending on timing, I

Depending on timing, I might be able to make it to Crushpad when the fruit arrives to lend a hand and take some photos.

I'd love to make it down to the vineyard for harvest too but that's a much longer drive for me (and I'm sure they'll be picking early in the morning).

I'll be keeping an eye out for the exact harvest date and confirm at that time.

We'll be locking down the

We'll be locking down the harvest date sometime next week... yes, the grapes will be harvested quite early in the morning then driven up in refrigurated trucks.

Thanks for being available!
