Burette

Burette

From Enowiki, the free online winemaking encyclopedia

A burette is a piece of glassware used to quickly deliver and accurately measure liquid. It looks like a long narrow cylinder with a graduated volume scale marked on it for measurement. The bottom of the burette contains a stopcock to allow the liquid in the cylinder to be drained from the burette. Burettes are used in labs for titration analyses.
