I have about 35 Cab vines planted last March, sourced from Novavine in Sonoma.
I'm looking to experiment with winemaking this fall even though the fruit production isn't at optimum for another year or so. Before investing in a lot of winemaking equipment, temp. control, etc., I'd like to know of anywhere I can take my grapes to where I can crush, ferment, store and ultimately bottle the wine..even though it will be a very small quantity.
Any help, suggestions, or advice would be greatly appreciated.
