This year we're heading south to the Central Coast for our grapes. The White Hawk vineyards are located about halfway between Paso Robles and Santa Barbara. Following tradition we'll be scheduling a very scientific tasting in order to talk about what we like about the various styles of Syrah. So in preparation, drink a few extra Syrahs and think about what you like!
