How To Create Your Wine Plan

The Crushpad Wine Plan is the blueprint for how you would like us to make your wine when the grapes arrive at Crushpad in the fall. You always have the Crushpad consulting winemaking team to help you out on these choices but this read-only version of the wine plan lets you explore the choices involved.

Defining your wine style is important because the style of wine you want will determine the answers to many of the wine plan questions. Feel free to explore the choices in the Style Library so you can see how the slider values change.

Then for each of the topics in the wine plan you can watch a video about the options available by clicking on the icon, and get more explanation by clicking on the icon. A casual browse through this will set you up to work through your wine plan with ease when you get together with your consulting winemaker.
