I am first and foremost a wine enthusiast. I have achieved Sommelier certification through the Sommelier Society of America. I also hold the Advanced Certificate in Wines and Spirits, with distinction, from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust of England. In addition to these qualifications, I have completed intensive wine training at the French Culinary Institute in New York City.
