A few weeks ago I was increadibly fortunate to be appointed by Michael B as GM and Chief Winemaker for this amazing and truly unique company. With over 25 years of winemaking experience in Australia but also in Europe and the US. I know that it will be an increadibly exciting challenge applying these skills and hands-on experience to multiple, small batch winemaking - the place where"real wines" are made!
So many wines, so little time!
I must say that during these few weeks my feet have hardly touched the ground with very tight bottling schedules programed prior to this years harvest.
I look forward to meeting as many clients as possible and guiding the cellar staff through what looks so far to be a very high quality potential season this year.
Cheers
