I grew up in Davis, studied food and fermentation science, made wine in the 70's, and I'm back into it now. I'm running Seawind Wines out of my La Jolla abode. Favorite Wines:
Mostly new world wines because I know them best, but I'm branching out and having fun learning about great wines from all over the world. I drink more whites as a beverage, and like to collect reds. Enjoy most classic varietals; prefer dry wines.
