I have been tasting wines for 25 years, and have about 500 bottles in my cellar. Now I want to make some!
Favorite Wines:
I am not big on Cabs and merlots but do like Pinots, Zins and Syrahs. I also like dry whites, a chardonnay made in the french or NZ style, Pinot Gris, or a Gruner and am a sucker for wines from Alsase even some of the Kabinet Reislings. I also like some sweet wines, late harvest and ports.
