This fall, during my "Sideways" trip, I had the great opportunity to spend the day with Joe Davis from Arcadian. We worked with him in the morning in the Stolpman Vineyard. This was my first experience in working with the fruit. I am trying to learn more about winemaking. Best Wine I’ve Had This Year
